We’re undergoing some exciting renovations at Nova.
Sure, anyone who has visited us may wonder why… because our lobby is totally cool and the design areas are tight too. But a few of us have been working in what I like to call “grandpa’s closet” because of the retro plaid wallpaper and mushroom-colored walls.
Now, the paint is going up; the carpet will be going down, and the calm of “Aquarium” walls looks great contrasted against my “Butterfield” office (or little box of sunshine, as I call it.) Of course, with the new colors comes the chaos of paper samples and unfiled files, boxes of leftover chachkies and decades of unused promos. (Plus that 2-year-old box of Girl Scout cookies that apparently fell behind the filing cabinet.)
Before we get everything back in its proper place, I just thought I’d ask… “Does anyone need a Travel Voodoo car or a rainbow colored hackysack?” Just let me know; I’ve got a pile of them looking for good homes!
