Alicia joined the Nova team in 2011 after a 3-year stint as the Internet Sales & Marketing Coordinator at Dave Dennis Chrysler Jeep and Dodge. She graduated from Cedarville University with a BA in Marketing in 2008 and has freelanced as marketing/promotions advisor for various entertainers and entertainment outlets. She enjoys problem-solving and helping clients determine how to best spread the word about themselves.

A: Seesmic—lets me keep up with all my social networks from one place and is generally crash-free.

Q: What’s your all-time favorite TV commercial?
A: I don't have a favorite TV commercial, but I do have a favorite viral video: "Onslaught", which promoted Dove's Campaign for Real Beauty.

Q: What company does the best job promoting their brand?
A: Starbucks—because they take a holistic approach to attracting & satisfying customers. They don't just rely on advertisements and deals.

Q: Who’s your favorite musical artist?
A: The Doomtree rap collective from Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Q: What’s your favorite restaurant?
A: Spinoza's Pizza & Salads in Beavercreek. They're independent, the food is fantastic, and they have a top-notch craft beer selection.

Q: Which season do you like best and why?
A: Fall. The flavors, the smells, the colors, the temperature, the hoodies—what's not to love about it??

Q: What’s your favorite sporting event?
A: The World Cup, because there's nothing like seeing people go nuts over The Beautiful Game.
