Three great ideas for your next tradeshow
Drop the chatchkies.
You will save on shipping cost and eliminate storage dilemmas. Instead, use a scratch card to promote a limited number of higher value prizes. People are drawn
to a chance to win the latest techno-gadget, and let’s face it – the attendees have plenty of logo pens.
Eliminate your paper trail.
Instead of handing out brochures to every booth visitor, set up an ordering system for attendees to register to receive literature via e-mail. This green-friendly option allows you to gather valuable information about prospects for future use while you save a few trees – and probably a few bucks as well.
Do something good for the host town.
Choose a worthy local organization as a beneficiary; then make
a commitment to donate a dollar for each visitor who attends a demo, fills out a survey or meets some other standard of pre-qualification as a prospect. Your efforts will generate a positive buzz for your booth and make a difference in the community.
