Before starting on the website development, we did extensive research, using website analytics to inform the new design. We uncovered 50 percent of the incoming traffic to the website was going directly to arrivals and departures. Using that information, we chose to focus our efforts with the website redesign on optimizing that information for travelers and make it easier to find and use, as well as being more attractive and interactive.
We were excited to work with the airport on this website redesign. We think the new website is fun and easy to navigate. We also have some more exciting aspects coming soon to the site, and we can’t wait to share those with you as well.
